With the new year quickly approaching, we would like to remind you that numerous section 301 exclusions are set to expire on January 1st, 2024; this means that importers may be subject to additional duties on their products as soon as next month. This list contains over 300 exclusions for various products as well as 77 medical care specific products.

While there is some speculation that there may be some extensions to these exclusions and/or some additions or removals; nothing has been confirmed at this time.
