We’re pleased to share that the International Longshoremen’s Association (ILA) and the United States Maritime Alliance (USMX) have reached a tentative agreement on a new six-year Master Contract.

This agreement, subject to ratification by both sides, ensures no work stoppages on January 15, 2025, and highlights a commitment to modernizing East and Gulf Coast ports while protecting and creating jobs.

While details remain confidential pending member review and approval, this agreement represents a significant step toward strengthening supply chains and avoiding port shutdown.
