As a reminder, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) is commencing the public hearing process today, Monday, June 17th, for the proposed Section 301 List 4 tariffs, which would impose an additional 25% in duties on over $300 billion worth of Chinese manufactured goods.
The public hearing period will last from Monday, June 17th 2019 to Tuesday, June 25th 2019 and will take place at the Main Hearing Room of the U.S. International Trade Commission (500 E Street SW, Washington, DC 20436).
